I agree 100%. That would make a wierd reality show..lol I think the problem is just that they fall under his shadow. They are not allowed to stand on their own. Last night I read more into what they are doing with Linda. It's a good start. And Conner has SO much potential. They need to get them away from Earth and have some adventures on their own.

i been wanting more space stories with conner forever now,and having him chase after brainiac and luthor after they shrink new krypton into a bottle would be cool,even cooler if brainiac and luthor created a new cir-el,and she escaped with help from conner,but she wanted to help conner go get them,have steel go with the,because he can build a cool ship for them to chase them down with,and maybe they could bump into hank henshaw while they are out there.

also linda can help hunt demons from hell here on earth,which would play into her earth born angel status,and her ability to sense evil,and dont forget her flaming wings let her shunt or teleport anywhere she has been,and she has been to hell,tons of great stories here if DC would just go for it.

Having an evil Cir-El roaming the galaxy would give Conner a reason to leave Earth. He would spend part of his time chasing her. This would have him bumping into new people.

..and now that I think about it, I could see some cool interactions with an evil Cir-El and Linda.

I don't really think that myself. Linda was inspired by Superman. Not to mention the fact that Matrix herself was tied to the Superman mythos (how quickly we forget that Linda Danvers the troubled young woman was only HALF of the being she became). I don't think there's anything wrong with a hero being inspired by another hero.

But Matrix was a pre-existing character with her own backstory, origin and conection to Superman. What PAD was make the character fit the story he wanted to tell, rather than tell a story using the character.

Anyways, I was asked for what my story with her would be. Well, I can't post an actual script (though I might be able to link to one if I write it up) without getting yelled at by the mods. That makes sense because a lot of creators and potential creators are on this board and the last thing we need to do is start suing eachother for stealing our stories.

That said, I DO have my overall idea for what my first arc would involve!

We start out with Linda now living in a convent, trying to purge herself. Dr. Occult and Zatanna have tracked her down, but she initially ignores them. They're persistant though, and finally break her down enough to talk to her. They explain to her that juwst because she's a fallen angel doesn't make her evil, and that part of her fallen state is because something happened to her that made her lose faith in herself. She tells them about Many Happy Returns, but they convince her that she can't blame herself for that. Some things are just fated to happen, no matter what. They finally convince her to leave the convent and to reconnect with Clark and Lois, and to meet Kara. She does so, and they welcome her back into the family. They then arrange for her something special for her. She meets Raven, who takes her under her wing. After some time with Raven, she's finally ready to go out and kick some ass again.

Its a shame that such a great character who had and has so much potential is in limbo.she works in the superhero world,but also the magic/hell and heaven worlds as well.she has powerful TK that mimicked super strength,invulnerability,and fast flight,but also had psi-blast,then we found out during reign in hell she still had her flaming wings,flame vision,and probably can still shunt or teleport,which all together makes her a top tier competitor easy.if DC wont use her because they think she will step on supergirl/kara shoes,its just silly cause she doesnt wear the S anymore and she is walking another path,one where she probably wouldnt bump into kara,and you know if they did it would be cool anyway.

bring back linda DC,i promise to buy any book with her in it.
